At the beginning courses were: tagliatelle and spaghetti with ragù Bolognese;
sausages, meat of pork; underfillet of veal; polenta and fresh salad; Zuppa Inglese
prepared with biscuit and chocolate and pastry creams, and crème caramel.
Wines were represented by Barbera and Grignolino and the cofee was prepared with moka.
